1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking services with Spryta Productions, Inc., the client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Offered

We provide recording, mixing, mastering, production, and other related music services. The scope of work and rates will be determined at the time of booking and specified in a written agreement or invoice.

3. Bookings and Payment

  • Rates: Our rates are outlined in your booking confirmation or contract and may vary based on the project.

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the conclusion of each session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Notice Requirement: Cancellations or rescheduling of booked sessions must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time. Any cancellation made after this period will incur a cancellation fee.

  • Cancellation Fee: If a session is canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice, a non-refundable cancellation fee of Php 5,000.00 will be charged. This fee covers the time and resources reserved for your session.

  • No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled session without prior notice will also be charged the cancellation fee of Php 5,000.00.

  • Deposits and Prepayments: If a deposit has been paid for the session, it may be applied towards the cancellation fee. Any remaining balance after applying the deposit will be due immediately.

  • Refunds: If you cancel or reschedule your session in accordance with the notice requirement, any prepayments or deposits made will be refunded, except for non-refundable deposits specified at the time of booking.

4. Session Conduct

  • Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Sessions will begin and end promptly at the scheduled time.

  • Session Etiquette: Clients are expected to behave professionally. Any form of misconduct, including harassment or destruction of studio property, will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund.

5. Recording Ownership and Rights

  • Client Ownership: The client owns the rights to the recordings made during their paid sessions.

  • Master Ownership: In cases where Spryta Productions, Inc. is producing and releasing music under its label, we may retain ownership of the master recordings as per the artist agreement.

6. Copyright and Licensing

  • Original Material: The client must ensure that all material recorded or produced is their original work or that they have proper rights to use any third-party content. We are not responsible for copyright violations.

  • Licensing Fees: Any additional licensing fees, such as for samples or cover songs, are the responsibility of the client.

7. Confidentiality

We value the privacy of our clients. Any information, recordings, or materials shared during sessions will be kept confidential unless agreed upon otherwise.

8. Equipment and Studio Use

  • Damage to Equipment: The client will be responsible for any damage to the studio or equipment caused by them or their guests.

  • Studio Policies: Clients must adhere to all posted or verbal studio policies, including no smoking or drinking in certain areas.

9. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen property. Additionally, we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or technical failures that occur on the premises.

10. Project Storage and Backup

  • Storage: After the completion of a project, we will store project files for up to 90 days. It is the client’s responsibility to request and store final files.

  • Loss of Files: We are not liable for any data loss due to equipment malfunction or external factors beyond our control.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided will be resolved through binding arbitration, with both parties agreeing to the arbitration process.

12. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon being posted to our website or sent via email.

13. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Philippines.
